Problem Statement
The current digital passport webpage offered limited interactivity and a basic visual design, leading to a less engaging user experience. Furthermore, the stamp representations of each maison were not visually distinct, making it difficult for users to recognise their personal digital passport's progression and remain motivated throughout the journey.
Goal
Revamp the digital passport webpage to include visually engaging and interactive design elements, encouraging users to complete the tasks set forth by the exhibition.
Provide users with a seamless way to share their digital passport progress on social media, enhancing engagement and social interaction.
Research
To gain a better understanding on the visual direction for the new webpage iteration, I explored various stamp designs, including postal and immigration stamps, to study their visual language, structural elements, and symbolic characteristics.
Furthermore, different passport design examples were referenced to identify key characteristics that could be adapted to create a more immersive digital passport experience.
These references provided a better understanding on the adaptation of stamps and passport designs as a travel-inspired element within the digital passport, helping to create a more intuitive and engaging experience for users.

The final design includes both web and mobile adaptations of the digital passport experience, featuring a redesigned passport interface and revamped visual updates to create a more engaging and immersive journey for users.
To further enhance interaction and participation, the activity also incorporates social media sharing features, allowing users to share their digital passport progress across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and X.
