Overview
The analytics dashboard, designed for STORIEZ experience decks, provides a comprehensive overview of user engagement and content performance. This allows clients interested in the performance of their experience decks to monitor key metrics such as viewer interactions, completion rates, and average session duration, providing valuable insights into how audiences navigate and interact with the deck.

Problem Statement
STORIEZ is a proprietary interactive experience deck format mainly used by clients to create more dynamic and engaging content by incorporating interactive elements and visuals, further enhancing how they connect and communicate with their consumers.
However, the existing analytics dashboard for STORIEZ lacked critical user and performance insights, offering limited visibility into how the consumers engaged with the clients' decks.
Without crucial features such as interaction heatmaps, consumer location data, and traffic source tracking, clients were unable to fully understand consumer behaviour or effectively evaluate and optimise their content strategies.
Goal
Revamp the analytics dashboard to include critical user and performance insights, such as heatmaps, consumers' geographical location and traffic sources.
Reorganise and structure data to improve clarity, readability, and ease of interpretation for clients.
User Research
To better understand the needs of our existing users, I gathered observations and feedback from them to identify the key data and insights they needed from the analytics dashboard. These findings provides a stronger foundation for informing design decisions, ensuring the dashboard delivers more relevant, actionable insights and supports more effective client decision-making.

User Persona
The user persona is based on feedback from existing clients and observational insights from real-world usage, enabling us to capture authentic user behaviours, needs, and pain points. This provides a stronger foundation for user-centred design decisions.

The final design is shaped through numerous iterative testing and user feedback, allowing us to identify usability issues and refine the experience for our clients. This resulted in a more intuitive interface and a clearer, more structured presentation of data, allowing our clients to gain a deeper understanding of how their audiences engage with their creative decks.
